CAN'T FIND YOUR BABIES' BREED OR DESIGNS WHEN CUSTOMIZING OUR PRODUCTS? READ HERE

Hi all our beloved customers,

We would like to thank you for all your love and interest in our products. We have received a lot of messages that you can't find your babies' breed or designs when customizing. So we’re so happy to introduce our new update to help you shop easily! 

From now on If you can't find your babies’ breed or Your babies don’t look like the design we have, please follow these steps below:

Step 1: Click the green button below the “ADD TO CART” button:

Or you can find 🤔 CAN'T FIND YOUR PET? option in the menu bar or in footer bar:

 

 

Step 2: Fill in the Can't Find My Pet form (and upload your pet photo):

About the photo guidelines, We suggest a photo of your pet sitting or standing. Well lit photo or a photo taken outside on a sunny day is highly recommended.

Step 3: Check inbox in Gmail 

After you submit the Can't Find Your Pet form, we will send an email to confirm we have received your request.

In 2-3 working days, our Customer Support team will notify you that the clip art is updated to the library without any fee

So don't forget to check your inbox. If you can't find it in your direct inbox, please check your spam folder.
